Looking to edit bmh files from Lunatic Dawn and save them back to .bmh format

Hello, I am currently translating the Lunatic Dawn games and I came across the Susie program from someone who is using it to translate Passages of the Book. Is there a way that the extracted .bmp files can be saved back to the .bmh format?
